The dance challenge

Take a dance break!
Fear not: this is not about perfecting the tango or even working up a sweat to lose a few pounds. This is about fun. Fluid joyful movement sends a message to your Brain that you are having a great time. So turn on some music and have a great time! So often we get stuck in our scheduled life so lets break out and enjoy a dance just for you! 
I challenge you to take 10 min and just dance!
